About Appraisal Group SEWA
With over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Sandollar LLC | Appraisal Group SEWA brings invaluable expertise and provides world class service to our clients.
We are located in the beautiful Tri-Cities of southeastern Washington State about midway between the majestic Columbia River and the lovely Horse Heaven Hills. Our service area includes both Benton and Franklin Counties includiing Kennewick, Richland, West Richland and Pasco.
Nikki Griffith, MAI, CCIM is dually licensed as both a certified general appraiser and the designated real estate broker for the firm; she has earned the highly sought after designations for excellence in both commercial real estate valuation and brokerage from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM Institute of the National Association of Realtors respectively. Nikki also spent nearly 15 years in banking as Chief Appraiser for one of the top five banks in the country, so her understanding of the federal banking regulations is second to none.
Additionally, Nikki is on the faculty for the Appraisal Institute; Risk Management Associates (RMA); and the State of Washington's Department of Licensing and spends a lot of time traveling and teaching nationally. She has taught banking regulators, appraisers, brokers, bankers and students about real estate.
